You are the new day-shift IT support hire at Halworth Systems. Coworkers report faults through a chat client — a laptop that freezes, a printer that will not print, speakers that hum with the sound card removed. Most are ordinary IT problems. Some are not. Investigate each one using the in-game knowledge base, asset registry, event viewer and remote desktop viewer, choose a resolution, and get graded at the end of every shift. Last a month.
